During her semester- long internship, Gabrielle was responsible for working directly with our suppliers and sellers, marketing Relovv to them and assisting them with Relovv set-up via weekly cross lists. Thanks to her efforts, thousands of items were listed on Relovv. Through this project Gabrielle demonstrated a keen understanding of e-commerce listings, communication, marketing, and customer service. Gabrielle definitely has a natural eye for design and great attention to detail. Her dedication to her work can be seen throughout her creative process, communication with her team members, and in her finished products. We were so blown away with the impact of her digital work on our in- app audience and her genuine ability to engage users, that we asked her to create more content for our social platforms. Each time Gabrielle’s content strategy was implemented on Relovv’s social channels, this resulted in an increase in onboards and engagement. Specifically, the digital campaigns that Gabrielle helped create on our Instagram directly contributed to a 15% conversion rate in driving sales to our mobile app.
More than her truly outstanding work, Gabrielle is an amazing and thoughtful human who brings a variety of strengths to any team. She excels with deadlines and is never thrown by last-minute changes or projects. She is reliable - when she says a task will be done, it is done. She is an excellent communicator, constantly staying in touch throughout her work process. She is timely, considerate, and is always up for a challenge.
